Unit Overview/Summary:
The purpose of this unit is to explore the fundamental psychological concepts of memory and learning, emphasizing how humans process, store, and retrieve information. Students will investigate different types of memory, the mechanisms underlying memory function, and various forms of intelligence. The unit also covers learning theories including conditioning, observational learning, and social learning theory, highlighting how individuals acquire new behaviors and knowledge.
