How We Choose It

The technical support team in the IT department takes each model that has been designated for potential purchase through rigorous testing. The team uses a list of required and preferred components and rates each candidate on a scale to determine an overall rating. The candidates are also rated on user experience based on our system, software, and average use. At the end of this process, the device we provide our staff and students meet the needs for our programs.

How We Pay For It

The Connecticut Technical High Schools receives its funding through the state bond commission meeting/agenda and approvals.
