Parents have gained a qualification in Adult and Paediatric skills from attending our course provided by First Aid for Life.

We were able to provide First Aid to our parents which is requested frequently by parents/carers through our Friends of Cubitt Town  Project and conversations with parents in how we can support their families. This project was funded by the National Lottery & Bromley By Bow Centre. 

We advertised the first course and we had 28 parents apply for 14 spaces. Thankfully the funding allowed us to provide 2  First Aid Courses to ensure that every parent/carer that applied was able to attend.  

Each Parent/Carer received a certificate  and a First Aid manual, which is valid for 3 Years.

We will be running another first aid course in April 2024, contact Jacqui to be put on the waiting list.
