Emotional First Aid

This course is delivered by the Tower Hamlets Parental Engagement Team in our Community House and is available in other venues in Tower Hamlets. 

Our parents learned how to; 

• To recognise and understand their own emotional needs

• Found new ways to manage their worries

• Learned how to identify early signs of anxiety in children and young people

• Gained information about services to support them and families in Tower Hamlets

• Meet other parents from our schools and two of our parents have challenged themselves to learn how to swim!
