DisceRNA Training World is a web-based game platform designed for both researchers and non-researchers to develop the necessary skills to contribute to RNA structural motif research. Serving as the tutorial module of the whole DisceRNA game, players will complete RNA structure alignment puzzles to meet defined goals and complete tutorial levels. The Training World offers an easily accessible game for players around the world to develop skills in identifying structural motif instances, structural similarities between RNA molecules, and how to best align the structures. The goal of the DisceRNA Training World is to bring more attention to the growing field of RNA structural motif research, and to eventually provide the meaningful contributions of players toward furthering that research.
