In many environments, absenteeism poses various daily challenges: students tracking, academic engagement, perseverance, motivation of stakeholders and more. What if we viewed absenteeism as a symptom rather than a problem? This workshop allows teams to reflect, discover, share initiatives, reflect on school’s code of conduct, and, promote active participation among school staff and students.
