The purpose of this orientation is to help you hit the ground running!
Starting a graduate program can be challenging. Not only do you need to adjust your life and schedule, but you also need to learn what is expected of you. This orientation will help you understand college and program requirements, find information, and access the resources that will contribute to your success.
There are four parts to this orientation (listed below). It will take approximately 3 hours to complete the first 3 modules. The last module on Professional Writing will take 6-8 hours, but only one module, Writing a Scientific Manuscript, is required for your first course (NSG 8110). It will take about 1 hour to complete! Take a screenshot of the course completion window and save it for confirmation.
