NUR 388 - Population Health

The purpose of this assignment was to design a population-focused health promotion plan and infographic to raise awareness and educate a specific population on a health topic relevant to them. It highlights my competence on the topic and my compassion toward the population. The infographic is a cost-effective way engage in care in a variety of settings.
