NUR 380 - Fundamentals of Professional Nursing

The purpose of this assignment was to use both critical thinking and clinical reasoning to develop an answerable evidence-based practice (EBP) question through the PET process. With the EBP question I found current research supporting my question to get a better understanding of current practices and potential changes to improve them. This research has added to my knowledge as a new nurse and will contribute to my abilities of providing compassionate, competent, and creative nursing care to diverse population.
