There are number of fantastic resources within the  Be Internet Awesome Curriculum. These resources are aimed at Year 3-6.

Interland the game - Kids can play their way to being Internet Awesome with Interland, an online adventure that puts the key lessons of digital safety into hands-on practice with four challenging games.

Netsafe  has a fantastic set of resources for teaching Digital citizenship.
