The Fund for Bilateral relations at the level of the Programme "Justice" within the Norwegian Financial Mechanism (MFN) 2014-2021 supports the consolidation of the relations between the Judiciaries from Romania and Norway.

The Bilateral Fund will support the following actions:

1. actions/initiatives selected following the receipt of project proposals subsequent to the launch of the call for proposals by the Programe Operator ;

2. direct use of funds by the Programme Operator and the Donor Programme Partners, including the Council of Europe, as International Partner Organisation for activities under the Programme aimed at addressing strategic topics, directly agreed by the Cooperation Committee
