Consent to Use Photographic, Video and Audio Recordings

CSJMU official photographers will be taking photographs, recording video or making audio recordings during the Conference. The photographs, videos, and audio recordings will be used for Conference-related activities included in the promotional material, in both print and electronic format, including on the Internet via CSJMU website and Social media for seminar purpose only.

No Show Policy for Onsite Payments

If any participant confirmed his/her participation to the organizing committee by sending the proof (copy of the air ticket) and is not available to present at the conference will not be accepted (Entitled for physical seminar).

TIIKM Employee’s Obligations under Copyright Law

Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU), Kanpur fully supports the copyright law of India requiring all of employees to fulfill the company’s moral and legal obligations with respect to the use of the copyright protected materials of others.  To that end, and in fulfillment of our commitment to protect the principles of copyright in general, employees of CSJMU should seek permission to use copyrighted works whenever appropriate and, when unsure whether permission is required. CSJMU acknowledges that copyright infringement is a violation of the law and may impose civil and/or criminal liability on the individual infringer, as well as on the infringer’s employer.  Therefore, every employee is required to comply with the copyright law and adhere to this copyright policy.  Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action. No employee of CSJMU may reproduce any copyrighted work in print, video or digital form in violation of the law.  Works are considered protected and is governed by the Intellectual Property Act, No.36 of 2003 and employees of CSJMU must assume that most materials used are copyrighted until proven otherwise.
