In the afternoon, despite the bad weather, the group moved to the beautiful town of Molveno, for a sort of field study of the different types of walking.
Finally, on Wednesday morning, the SporTeams technicians explained to the participants the use of the W4AL App developed by themselves. The app will be the support mean for operators / trainers to organize and manage the walking activities and a way for monitoring and sharing for users, as well.
The next planned step involves the start of the Walking activities. From September, in the 6 CSI committees involved and in the other partnership organizations, groups of walks will be organized, dedicated to children aged 14 to 25, depending on the area and the level of training. The APP will be tested in the field to monitor training, follow paths and insert new ones, and to create a community of walkers. The next meeting is scheduled for November in Barcelona, guests of the Generalitat De Catalunya.
