4-H Project Story:

This year I brought a jar of maple syrup to the fair. I helped my family boil down. It was really fun and and I hope on bring another jar next year. 

My Goal(s):

 To learn more about the steps in collecting & boiling down maple syrup. I also want to learn more about the science behind it all.

Reflection:

This year I learned a lot about collecting & boiling down maple syrup. Next year I hope to learn even more about the process and how it is graded.
