My Pears & Jerky
This is my jar of pears, and my delicious jerky! I am very pround of them both as this was my 1st time canning pears. I have made venison jerky before but this was my first time bringing it to the fair! I will hopefully be making more of both of these!

This year I brought a jar of pears, & venison jerky. It was really delicious and hope to make both again next year.Â

This year I accomplished my goal & it showed in my jar of pears, & my venison jerky. I used the pressure canning method to can the pears, & dehydrated the jerky. I want to learn about the other preserving methods next year.
