How would we fund the policy?

We would fund our policy by getting a hold of drug prevention organizations and request for them to partially help fund our policy. Then that's when the sin tax comes in, the sin tax is when the government adds tax to things that are considered sins like drugs, and alcohol.  We will use the sin tax to pay the other half of our funding.
