How To CORRECTLY connect a buyer with a Lender to ensure LEAD CONVERSION:
Tell the buyer you are sharing 3 lenders you know; let them know that they can contact 1 or all 3 of them (or more), but if they will tell you when they want to reach out, you will do the following:
reach out to the lender prior to them reaching out to tell them who they are & share their contact so they will be expecting to hear from them
then, send a group text with them and the lender to establish the connection
when you do reach the lender, ask them if there is a specific time that day or the next day that they will be unavailable so you can set them up for success
also tell the buyer to let you know after they've spoken to the lender; you can let them know that when you buy a home, the loan terms are part of the contract, but there are also specific strategies and a way you will write future offers that has to do with their loan type, but reassure them that you will verify all those details with the lender and then touch base with them to explain "what it all means."
