Make sure your outgoing voicemail greeting lets people know who they have contacted. Example: "Hello, You have reached _____________ with Corcoran Icon Properties. I can't come to the phone right now. Please leave a message and I will call you back as soon as I can. Have a great day"
When showing homes you will us a Realtor lock box to access the key to the property. Watch the video and understand how to remove the key and replace it back when finished. Removing the shackle will allow you to put a SupraBox on a home or remove it off a home.
