Emotions can be expressed in behavior,
As they can be told through feeling.
Emotions are things you can’t control.
Emotions can be new,
As they can be old.
Pink + White
You can’t change the things that happen to you.
For you made those decisions.
A mix of two or more upon you.
For those can be harsh or mellow
As if “It’s the ground is black and yellow.”
Dark red
A lipstick showing to move on with confidence.
Yet there is nothing wrong.
A feeling of distraught,
And feeling of wrong.
For those who think with their head filled with love,
As overthinking can get into your head with a perfect song.
Blue,
Any shade compared to the moon,
As white was never shown as yet the feeling or never giving up is all on you.
Emotions will build up,
Anger,
And sorrow.
For which are the ones you seem to borrow.
Colors,

Feelings
Can all be the same when they're revealing.
“Tone in Hues” is a color poem inspired by emotions. “Tone in Hues” talks about different emotions through songs broken down. Every stanza refers to a color inspired by or written from a song. For example, “Pink + White” by Frank Ocean is a mixed emotion, but the one that stands out the most is the feeling of a decision you made and can't change, mainly guilt. “Dark Red” by Steve Lacy, a song about wrong love, thinking that you are in the wrong, and whether your affection is still relevant to the other person. A poem inspired by Daniel Ceaser called “Freudian” with multiple shades of blue. The song has many emotions. The album is inspired by the feeling of never giving up, as Daniel Ceaser has been making music for a while, but he can’t give up because he has made it to far to stop. Emotions can be expressed in various ways, and color can be shown in various forms.
