Hi, I’m Dale.
While I am a Licensed and Board Certified Creative Arts Therapist, I consider myself first and foremost a fellow traveler. My interest in the intersection of the brain, body, and growth began with my own lived experience. Today, that journey informs how I support and guide others as they navigate their own paths toward healing.
My approach is rooted in a blend of psychology and the power of creative self-expression—a passion ignited years ago by the book Speak and a pivotal pottery teacher. As an advocate for mindful movement and authentic living, I believe in normalizing mental health struggles and honoring the wisdom of the body.
I am most energized by working with clients who are ready to dive in. I work best with those who possess a genuine drive to confront generational trauma, heal old wounds, or rebuild after life’s major setbacks. Their commitment to the "hard work" of transformation is what keeps me passionate; I am forever in awe of the human capacity for resilience.
Off the clock, I practice what I teach. You can find me outdoors with my pets and loved ones, making art, or cultivating my personal passion project, Live in Pursuit of Awe.
