1st Annual NitroBall Tournament
Students engage in the first NitroBall tournament held at Cranberry.
Gym classes participated in a nitroball tournament throughout the month of March.
Mr. Bean wanted to do this to put a twist on the normal dodgeball tournaments. This is something new and students seemed to like the change up. This lets all kids have a chance to be in a tournament.
Bean had said, “ For nitroball you don’t have to be the best athlete, just a good player.”
There were 12 teams with 4 rounds including the championship game. The last two teams, the Chicken Nuggets and the Ace-High Kings competed on Monday March 25th for first place.
The Ace- High Kings that included Adam Smerkar, Emily Duncan, Cameron Russell, and Jacob Umstead won first place in the first Cranberry High School nitroball tournament.
