Cranberry Celebrates French Culture with Rocky Grove

On December 13th, French II, III, and IV from Cranberry High School hosted a French party with fellow French students from Rocky Grove High School.

The Rocky Grove students arrived at Cranberry shortly before noon and headed to the library with the rest of the party-goers.

Before the celebration began, each student stood in front of the rest and conducted introductions in French.

One Cranberry student, Jenna Reynolds, said that the party was a “fun experience with new people.”

The students played French oriented games, such as Kahoot and Spot-It, and asked each other questions in French to get to know each other.

Ava Ferringer, a junior at Cranberry, stated that it was “a fun way to celebrate French culture.”

Everyone enjoyed meeting students from another school and learning about all the interesting cultures of France.
