Both the Jr. High and Sr. High teams took 2nd place in their respective divisions of the Academic Challenge Finals.

This event is a a quiz bowl event like "Hometown High Q." Schools attending were: AC Valley, Brookville, Clarion, Redbank, Rocky Grove, Union, and West Forest, Clarion earned 5 more points than Cranberry to claim the Jr. High crown. Rocky Grove was the champion of the Sr. High Division.
