Cranberry High School’s girls golf team had the numbers to compete as a team this season and finished with the District IX Championship title, being the first girls golf team in Cranberry’s history to do so.
“These kids are putting in time out of school and practice to be better and it shows,” said Cranberry golf coach, Brad Earp, “It’s all about making a commitment.”
Although the team as a whole fell short of qualifying for States, two golfers advanced to the State competition.
Tenth grader Darien Wenner and twelfth grader Dalton Wenner are representing Cranberry High School this week at Penn State University, competing in the 2025 PIAA Individual Golf Championships.
Overall, the dedication and hard work of all of these athletes continue to set a strong example for Cranberry High School athletics.
