Summer School

Please complete this form to register all of your students for Summer School K-6. This registration form is for Kindergarten-6th Grade students who will attend Centralia R-VI Schools during the 2026-2027 school year.

Summer School will be in session Monday-Thursday, June 1st-June 25th, 2026, from 8:15am-3:12pm, at Chance Elementary. Summer school will not be in session on the following Fridays: June 5th, June 12th, June 19th, and June 26th. 

Students residing in multiple households only need to fill out one registration form. Transportation will be provided to and from Summer School for those whose address normally qualifies for bus transportation.

****PLEASE NOTE****

May 1st is the due date, and this will not be extended. Please have your child registered prior to this date if you are wanting your child to participate in summer school.

Please note: 

Students attending summer school are expected to be independently potty trained and able to manage restroom needs without adult assistance. Exceptions will be made for students with documented medical needs provided to the school nurse and/or IEP/504 plan which includes the medical necessity of toileting support for your child. Please reach out to administration with any questions.
