Does your student require accommodations for tests and quizzes as part of their ed plan?

While we can apply your scholar's ed plan (504 or IEP) accommodations to CRLS courses and MCAS exams, we need permission to submit an accommodations request for AP, PSAT, SAT, and ACT exams through the Collegeboard. 

Please view, complete the form, and have your scholar return it to their 9th-grade counselor.
