About

The CRLS Girls Varsity Ultimate Frisbee team was created in Spring 2022! With 16 fiercely determined players, most new to the sport and mostly freshmen and sophomores, we went 6-5-1 and placed 5th at the D2 State Championships. We even beat two D1 teams during the regular season! We achieved our first team goal of winning the State Spirit of the Game award for best sportsmanship. 

In 2023, we went 20-0 in D2 and achieved our 2nd team goal of winning the State Championship in a thrilling game over our friendly rival Somerville. We triumphed twice each over varsity teams from Arlington, Andover, Brookline and Winchester. Senior Kelton Aldridge made the state All-Star team.

The CRLS Girls Ultimate Frisbee team welcomes all players—regardless of skill level! The team is also gender expansive, as girls, non-binary, genderqueer, genderfluid, agender, and transgender people are ALL WELCOMED. We are all here to throw disc, have fun, and play!
