Mindful Meditation

This course is designed to explore, investigate and understand the practice of mindfulness through various activities and methods on the process behind the practice. Activities and methods include but are not limited to Yoga Nidra, Journaling, Meditation Methods, Breathing Techniques, Chakra System, Ethical Rules of Yoga, Gentle Stretch and Mindful Yoga.

This course DOES fulfill the NYS Physical Ed. requirement.
