Advanced Baking & Pastry Arts

In this course, students will build upon their established baking skills to create new and successful recipes. New topics of custards & sauces, plate presentation, and healthy baking for special diets will be explored. Students will create recipes and learn to scale them up and down to make different quantities. Students will produce advanced baked goods and create new and innovative products. Students interested in developing their baking skills and those interested in baking-related careers are encouraged to enroll in this course.
