We are in our Week 4 of our insect Study. Our focus this week is on where insects live and how do they live, and investigating insects in our community.

Important Things to Do:

• Pre-K Applications are open on https://www.cps.edu/ChicagoEarlyLearning/how-to-apply/#step-two 

  • You do not need to reapply for Orozco is you are returning next year.

  • You do need to let us know if you accept and offer somewhere else, so that we can remove student from our roster and help with the transfer.

• English Volunteer Application 

  • After applying you will receive confirmation and steps to watch a Safety Training Video. If you were not able to find this information, then please do the following:

    • Click: https://chicagopublicnondistrict-il.safeschools.com/login 

    • Click the REGISTER button.

    • Enter the Key code: 83f02d45

    • Sign up to create an account

    • Complete the "CPS Parent Training" ONLY and email us the completion certificate at volunteer@cps.edu for faster approval.
