Students are expected to engage in 30+ miniutes of math practice per day for homework. This may be in the form of physical worksheets or online practice.
Xtra Math (on Clever) - This program is for fluency practice. One session lasts about 10 minutes and students will practice addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division facts. When a student does well, they will advance to the next stage. ALL students should make a goal of completing all four stages by the end of the school year.
Khan Academy - This program gives me the most information about how your child is progressing. There will be assignments selected that your child can complete all at once, or throughout the week. As a parent, you can also sign up to receive details about your child's progress, which I strongly recommend.
IXL - This program is used for assessment of your child's readiness for fourth grade. Please make sure they only work on THIRD GRADE skills (the program will give them the option to work on other grades but that should not be used until they are finished with our work). Your child only has access to IXL if you have emailed me for the username and password.
The following programs are available for your child to use on a voluntary basis or if you would like them to have additional online learning time:
Prodigy - This is a game-based program for practicing skills.
