Welcome to Schools Out Guitar Hero! Have fun!
Review week! Revisit assignments you have yet to complete! Submit exit slips at the bottom of your page. The title is a drop down menu with past week exit slips.
This week I found this fun game called guitar hero fitness. You will need to create 5 circular discs, one green, one red, one yellow, one blue, and one orange. Line them up in front in the same order as the video of Mr. Lau's example.
Follow along using your feet to the colors on the screen. On a single long note, try to balance until the next note. Use quick feet in front of repeating notes.
This weeks song is called through fire and Flames! Have fun!

This week I want you to be able to play with your family.
First, take a nice walk with your family for at least 15 minutes. Following social distancing guidelines.
Then, you could race a family member for one block, if you win you get to choose the next activity from the list below, but if you don't win you still get to choose what you do next from the list.
Last, at home in the front yard, back yard, or somewhere safe your are able to play for at least 20 minutes:
Play catch back and forth
Kick a ball back and forth
Play keep away(with soccer ball, basketball, a tennis ball, or any other equipment)
Play penalty kicks
Bounce pass a bouncy ball of the wall and try to catch it
Or get creative and find an activity you can do with a family member.
