•  This Officer reports directly to the Cadet Executive Officer and supervises the Unit Operations Clerk. Additionally, the S-3 Officer is responsible for the following:

Prepares all training schedules (plan of the week) in coordination with the MI and SMI.

Plans, Coordinates and Executes all training events (Drill, Raiders, Volunteer events, etc. )

Plans, Coordinates and Executes Sports Challenge.

Plans, Coordinates and executes the YPFT twice per school year. 

Prepares the Unit for all field training to include Operations Orders (OPORD) when required. 

Performs other duties as the Executive Officer and Unit Commander may direct.
