Community Mapping

It can be easy to feel discouraged about social inequality. And yet, at this very moment countless Chicagoans are organizing for a healthier and more joyful city. Our community mapping project seeks to demonstrate those changemakers and connect our students to real life organizations that are creating the world we all want to live in.

The purposes of this map:

1. Facilitate our communities' access to resources and services in Chicago

2. Introduce Crane students to real life organizations working for change

3. Inspire not with words but with actions

This mapping project is under construction. Crane students are currently researching and reaching out to these organizations. When completed, this map will link to a searchable spreadsheet that details resources, services, and organizations YOU can connect with.
