Log Book

A logbook is a way in which teachers keep a record of events that took place. In the log book, entries should be made on a daily basis, the entry(ies) made should not reflect the opinions of the teacher but rather should only reflect the incident or incidents that took place. When writing in a log book the member of staff should also include his/her signature as well as their status.
