Appraisals Records

An appraisal is the formal assessment of the performance of an individual within an organization. The appraisal seeks to ascertain how competent the individual was in performing tasks assigned to him or her. Each teacher must be appraised on a termly basis by his or her supervisor, and feedback must be given to each appraisee. Records must be kept of every appraisal conducted.
