Class Log Book

A class log is a document that contains bio-data and achievement data on each student of a class, for secondary this can be done by grade. Each class log also serves as an inventory of students. In Secondary Schools, a ‘Mark book’ is also kept by every subject teacher which consists of data (scores) pertaining to each student.

Class logs and Mark books are to be examined by the Head of Department, Deputy Head Teacher, and Headteacher on a termly basis.
