7. Minutes of Meeting
Purpose of the Minutes of Meeting:
Summary of what was discussed in the meeting.
Regulations governing the use of the Minutes of Meeting:
General staff meeting must be held on a monthly basis.
Parent Teacher Association Meetings could be convened on a monthly or termly basis.
Administrative, Departmental, Divisional, and year-group meetings could be held fortnightly.
However ad HOC meetings could be convened.
 Minutes should be submitted within seven days to the head teacher.
These meetings should be documented using prescribed format.
