8. Appraisal Record
Purpose of the Appraisal Record:
This is done termly to show the progress of teacher building/performance.
Regulations governing the use of the Appraisal Record:
 Each teacher must be appraised, and record kept thereof.
Termly appraisals must be done by the teacher`s supervisor.
Annual appraisal must always be done by a panel.
Appraisal information/ data should be used to inform the selection of topics for the staff development plan to give focus to clinical supervision.
