Through this course, I gained valuable experience in establishing research approaches that help address challenges and refine my research practice as a graduate student. One of my original goals was to build confidence in conducting research independently, and I now feel more equipped to design and carry out a study, as well as present my findings in professional settings such as research conferences or contests.
My research interests have become more focused on instructional design and technological strategies within e-learning environments. Throughout the course, I explored how these areas intersect with my background in graphic design. This led me to consider how emerging technologies—particularly AI-enhanced tools like those found in Adobe Creative Cloud—can support the creation of high-quality instructional content. I’ve become increasingly curious about how to approach research involving artificial intelligence in creative software, and I now have a clearer understanding of how to investigate these tools through a scholarly lens.
Overall, this course strengthened both my practical research skills and my ability to critically explore topics that align with my professional interests. I feel more confident in my ability to contribute meaningful insights to the field of instructional design and technology.
