Coach Dean coaches with a passion for the love of softball and all aspects of youth sports.  With focus on fundamentals and the intangibles, it becomes not so much about the mistakes that are made, but how a young player reacts and learns from such situations.  Attitude and effort are key components to the creation of Coach Dean's philosophy and coaching efforts.  

With a background in recreation and sport management, the growth and development of young athletes while working in a positive but challenging environment has led to many successes and high retention of players. Coach has 20 years of experience coaching and has narrowed his attention to this 12U Colorado Wild Softball team.  Players will be exposed to multiple ways and methods to training and situations as Coach Dean is consistently studying the game and working on not only softball but also being a part of a team and persevering through difficult times and challenges.
