Coaching

Courage and Compassion Consulting loves supporting visionary leaders in creating anti-racist, gender-inclusive change. This program gives individuals a confidential space to meet their individual goals, create actionable next steps, and focus on customized resources. 

Our coaching program are for participants who want:

Our coaching program does NOT replace therapy, project consultation, or training. 

Leadership & Board Retreats

Courage and Compassion Consulting loves supporting visionary leaders in creating anti-racist, gender-inclusive change. This program is for board and leadership collectives to practice equitable, just, and inclusive management. Retreats are customized based off of the needs of the cohort.

Courage and Compassion Consulting's Racial Justice workshop utilizes interactive facilitation for cohorts to collectively process the impact of racism and strategize next steps for Racial Justice. 

This workshop is for participants who want to: 

• collectively create shared language and understanding around racial justice and systemic racism

• build capacity for the ambiguous and uncomfortable when discussing and practicing racial equity 

• create a power analysis distinguishing individual and institutional racism

• gain tools and practices for implementing racial equity

• identify opportunities to advance racial justice 

Gender Justice

Courage and Compassion Consulting's Gender Justice workshop utilizes interactive facilitation for cohorts to collectively process the impact of transphobia and sexism, as well as strategize next steps for Gender Justice. 

This workshop is for participants who want to: 

• learn about gender history and culture United States context

• collectively create shared language and understanding around gender justice and systemic transphobia and sexism

• create a power analysis individual and institutional transphobia and sexism

• gain tools and practices for implementing gender equity

• identify opportunities to advance Gender Justice

Creating a Compassionate Community

Courage and Compassion Consulting's Creating a Compassionate Community workshop utilizes interactive facilitation for cohorts to collectively process the impact of identity oppression, as well as strategize next steps in creating a compassionate community. 

This workshop is for participants who want to: 

• learn about how our identities intersect

• build capacity for the ambiguous and the uncomfortable when discussing and practicing anti-oppressive space-building

• practice principled, generative conflict

• identify opportunities to implement best practices for compassionate, harm-mitigated events and discussions
