Courage & Compassion Consulting (C&CC) encourages pay transparency due to existing wage gaps within race, gender, and other demographics.
2025 Standard Rates
We use standard rates for hiring C&CC as a consultant or a facilitator for your organization. Standard rates do not include the cost of food or travel.
If your budget is unable to meet C&CC rates, we are more than happy to address resource inequity by exploring alternative forms of payment.
Consulting or Coaching: $200-$600/hour
4 Hour Half Day Training: $2,700 - $6,000
7 Hour Full Day Training: $4,300 - $10,000
What are you funding?
Operating Expenses - supplies, software, insurance, website, accountant fees, legal advice, etc.
Benefits - health, dental, and vision insurance
Salaries - compensating C&CC and subcontractors
