Hi, there! A little bit about me is that I graduated from Concordia College (go Cobbers!) with my Bachelor of Arts with a Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics and a minor in Psychology in May 2022. May 2023 I will have completed my Dietetic Internship at the St. Cloud Hospital Dietetic Internship Program. 

My passion in nutrition stems form the quote "Everyone eats.”  These are words of Dr. Larson, my first nutrition professor, that I'll never forget. Personally, I think that the quote is a justification statement to why we and everyone in the world should care about nutrition. Every single person from fetus to elderly needs adequate nutrition. Another factor is that everyone is uniquely different in terms of genetics, race, ethnicity, religion, and lifestyles. These are all factors of what goes into a person’s nutritional needs. The importance of these factors is what drives me to educate others as a registered dietitian and help them thrive in life through nutrition. 

My mission as a registered dietitian is to serve all people while promoting healing and wellness through nutrition.
