I spent 20 weeks completing supervised practice hours in the clinical setting with 4/20 weeks being staff relief on the Neurology, Neurology Progressive Care, Telemetry, and Cardiovascular Thoracic units. I worked at the St. Cloud Hospital, CentraCare Diabetes Outpatient Clinic, and more. I provided nutiriton educations, assessments, and appropriate interventions. 

I spent 4 weeks completing my community nutrition competencies at the University of Minnesota Extension, CentraCare Home Care, and Mackenthun's grocery story. I was able to provide education while also observing various community outreach methods.

I spent 6 weeks learning the flow of a successful kitchen, their safe practices, and menu planning. I was able to have these experiences at the St. Cloud Hospital and the Fridley Public School District.
