The following are key deadline dates you need to be aware of.

October Deadline - 21st October 2025
Christmas Deadline - 10th December 2025 (Please note Silver have an extension of final payment - 28th Jan 2026)
Expedition Deadline - Bronze 1st May 2026 / Silver 10th April 2026
If these deadlines are not met we will not be allowing students to participate in the expedition.
We will not be providing refunds if the participant no longer wants to continue or is refused entry to the expedition. The Duke of Edinburgh's team are required to make a variety of financial commitments which cannot be recovered.
