What comes next?
The Community for Action journey does not end at the Stockholm Food Forum 2025. Each co-hosting organisation is now shaping concrete next steps to advance their Communities for Action work, building on the Action Briefs and the outcomes of the dialogue series. These steps define how communities continue to collaborate, expand their networks, and translate their Calls to Action into action connecting across local, national and global levels.
On the dedicated pages for each CfA, you will find a Next Steps section outlining priorities co-hosting organisations have set for themselves. These include deepening partnerships, scaling promising solutions, testing new models of collaboration, and preparing for upcoming global milestones.
Here, we highlight just a selection of the upcoming initiatives across the CfAs to give a sense of the horizon. This is not an exhaustive list, but rather a teaser demonstrating the momentum that is already building and the opportunities that lie ahead.
