The SMCPS Digital Media Team provides video production and live streaming services for high-priority school system events. We proudly and consistently broadcast bi-monthly Board of Education meetings, annual end-of-year ceremonies, and all high school commencement exercises—a tradition we've upheld for over a decade. These events are streamed live and archived on our official SMCPS YouTube Channel, offering free, high-quality access for our community. Additionally, recorded programming is regularly broadcast on SMCPS Channel 96, our local cable access station.
While our team is small and availability is limited, we are committed to supporting the system with consultation and guidance on audiovisual setup and streaming best practices. If you're considering live-streaming or recording an event, or need support with AV logistics, please reach out early so we can advise or assist as capacity allows.
