The SMCPS Digital Media Team offers professional photography services for high-profile events, including award ceremonies, student recognitions, and other systemwide celebrations. While our photography team is limited to a single staff photographer, she is available to document key moments that highlight the excellence, joy, and diversity across our schools. Her work has been featured throughout official publications and system media for over a decade.

We are currently developing an SMCPS Stock Image Gallery, expected to launch by December 2025. This curated collection will showcase approved, high-quality images of our own students, staff, and schools—ready for use in presentations, websites, social media posts, and publications. All photos in the gallery will be pre-cleared for public use, ensuring compliance with privacy and media release policies.

We also recognize that some of the most meaningful moments are captured by those already in the room. That’s why we enthusiastically encourage all staff and students to submit their best SMCPS photos for possible inclusion in the stock gallery.
