2. Do a little research
3. Create a first draft
5 minutes: Never Have I Ever
Rules:
Everybody holds up 10 fingers.
First person says, “Never have I ever (fill in the blank with something they’ve never done).” The rest of the group puts their finger down if they have done that thing.
Example: "Never have I ever been to the beach."
Continue going around the group until only one person is left standing.
Nothing illegal!

When you finish taking notes, share your thoughts with your team.

5 minutes: Group Discussion
Think through the articles you read, the list of ideas you just ranked, and your own work from last semester, and decide, as a group, what is the one idea you want to move forward with.
Remaining Time: First Draft Planning
On a piece of big chart paper, write down a quick description of the idea you would like to propose. Additionally, write down:
2-3 bullet points explaining how this addition/change would help Riverlink in their mission
2-3 bullet points explaining how this addition/change would help the City of Asheville meet their 2036 vision
For the next two weeks:
We’re going to hang your proposals in the hallway in Birch.
Your job will be to leave some feedback on other people’s proposals.
What do you like?
What might you change?
What might you add?
